Cheryl White CEO Apollo Care

Cheryl White, our Founder and CEO, supports her franchise teams to provide excellent care, grow their businesses and develop themselves into very profitable and caring leaders. She also markets the Apollo Care brand, which we are very proud of. An important part of her role is to make sure the systems and standards we use are up to date and current, ensuring that we are compliant and relevant to the care we provide.

Dawn Belmar - COO Apollo Care

Dawn Belmar, our COO, is directly responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of the National Office team, and assisting in Apollo Care’s organisational strategy, action planning and monitoring outcomes. Dawn works across all internal teams, making sure our franchisees feel supported so that they can develop their business and individual plans.

Julia Robertson, our Financial Manager, takes direct responsibility for the financial operations within the National Office business. Julia is here to support our Franchise teams and to work alongside them to help grow their businesses. Julia helps them by looking into their financial performances, analysing profit and loss sheets and comparing finances for each team against our data matrix to give tailored support.

John Magee, our Head of Support & Compliance, began his journey with Apollo Care back in 2017, working as a carer at West Wirral before taking part in the Apollo Care Academy Course in 2019. This led to a job opportunity with the National Office team in December 2019 as a Franchise Support Manager. John works closely with the National Office Operations team and help to provide a support function to the Franchise Teams by getting contractual obligations done on time and in full.

Owen Belmar, our Business Development Lead, has a strong passion for Apollo Care, fuelling his mission to identify and welcome like-minded individuals into our expanding network of talented franchisees. With a focus on growth and sustainability, Owen is dedicated to playing a pivotal role in Apollo Care’s continued success and evolution.

Dom- Franchisee Support Manager Apollo Care

Dom Golda, our Franchise Support Manager, works closely with our franchise managers daily to ensure fostering growth within each business. This involves conducting and regular territory visits, during which Dom collaborates with managers to identify areas for improvement and assist in planning around them for financial growth.
