Comprehensive initial training is provided to help you understand care delivery, business systems and franchise operations. our Getting into Business leaves no stone unturned for a successful launch, allowing you to onboard clients and generate revenue as quick as possible.

Yes, all the training you need to start and grow your business is included in the franchise support package.

Initial training runs 5 days and a residential stay at our Head Office location, and covers all essential areas, including care services and business management. Training is then continuously ongoing throughout the entire lifecycle of your franchise.

Training can be delivered online and in person, depending on the topic and schedule set by Apollo Care.

Training covers care quality, compliance, leadership, team building, operations and marketing support and financial management. Apollo Care then schedule 10x annual training sessions that can cover safeguarding, HR law changes, compliance updates, exit planning strategies and more…
